Chow Chocolat was born in 2007 in New York, inspired by a deep love for art and a passion for creating edible masterpieces. With a background in the arts, I have always viewed chocolate as a canvas for self expression, a medium through which I can share my creativity and vision with the world.
As I immersed myself in the healing arts, I realized that chocolate could be more than just a treat; it could carry the energy of love, mindfulness, and intention. This inspired me to take a holistic approach to chocolate making, merging artistry with spirituality to create something truly unique.
Now based in Austin, Texas, I feel deeply connected to the city’s artistic, creative and holistic spirit. Each piece of chocolate crafted is not only made with the finest organic ingredients, but also infused with positive energy and gratitude. The process of working with cacao is a spiritual practice for me, one that involves aligning my thoughts, emotions, and actions with love and respect for the plant’s sacred nature.
As a Master Reiki practitioner, I set powerful intentions during the chocolate making process, infusing each batch with the vibration of love. I play 528 Hz frequency music, known as the frequency of love, while crafting the chocolates, ensuring that every product carries a sense of harmony and well-being.
